Students of Alard Institue of Management
Sciences are expected to abide by the rules of discipline
as prescribed by the institute Authorities. Infringement of
the code of conduct and the rules of discipline will not be
tolerated. Students are advised to read and be acquainted
with notifications placed on the Institutes notice board.
Admission to the institute implies your acceptance of the
rules and regulations of the institute and University. The
institute authorities reserve the right to add, alter and
modify the rules of discipline as the circumstances warrant.

Orientation & Induction |

In the Orientation week, senior students familiarize the
new students with life on the campus, course structure and
the city of Pune, apart from getting to know each other. In
addition, a short module is conducted on values and etiquettes,
health & hygiene, local customs and ethos and general
management. Students are also given an overview of the entire
syllabus.

Practical Applications |

The program lays emphasis on developing useful,
practical skills. Students participate in informal, interactive
sessions on creative right brain thinking., problem solving,
time management and transactional analysis for hands-on learning,
including making presentations of assignments of self study
and book reviews.

Social Commitment |

As a part of our commitment to
the society students are encouraged to participate in the social
welfare by visiting nearby villages and helping in social work
like tree plantation during vanamahostav, educating the village
folk in hygiene and cleanliness as well as helping in village
road construction during certain festivals. |

Team Spirit |

A sense of camaraderie is included in the
students through birthday celebrations, interaction between
fresher and seniors during the induction, picnics and outdoor
leadership and adventure camps. Besides, opportunities are
provided to volunteer students to join adventure cultural
activities.
